RIVER EAST PLAZA River East Plaza was MCL's first commercial venture in the River East neighborhood, and currently home to our company headquarters. Extensive renovation of the historic 500,000-square-foot complex formerly known as the North Pier Terminal on the north bank of the Ogden Slip now features the River East Art Center's events spaces, galleries, art studios & classrooms on the ground and slip levels with two floors of office space above.
